Although perfect quality is elusive we continuously strive to improve and reach that goal. People are the key for successful quality management, and strict quality control is the starting point of good management. Quality products are brought forth by sound manufacturing practices, not just inspection. Only with full awareness of all employees on quality control will there be continuous improvement of quality.
